Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our AI courses, English speaking programs, and skill development courses. The candidate will be responsible for lead conversion, counseling prospective students, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, campaigns, and referrals.
• Counsel students and working professionals about AI, English speaking, and skill development courses.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions in CRM.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing students.
• Handle objections and provide proper guidance to close sales.
• Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for smooth onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in EdTech sales or course counseling (preferred).
• Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English).
• Target-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Basic knowledge of AI courses and skill development programs (training will be provided).
• Comfortable with telecalling and face-to-face counseling.
