Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target‑driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients, and driving sales of Lexify’s services. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify prospects and generate leads through calls, networking, and outreach.
  • Explain Lexify’s services and value propositions to potential clients.
  • Convert leads into paid users and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain customer relationships and ensure a positive experience.
  • Update and manage the CRM database with accurate information.
  • Provide timely sales reports to the Team Leader/Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development or tele‑sales.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Target‑oriented mindset and ability to work in a results‑driven environment.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and follow‑up processes.
  • Positive attitude, self‑motivated, and quick learner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
