US Truck Dispatch Sales Closer – Lahore (On-Site)

Company Overview:
We are expanding our US-based Truck Dispatch operations and building a performance-driven team in Lahore. We are looking for sales professionals who understand the US trucking industry and can close owner-operators confidently.
Freshes are encouraged to apply. However, Minimum 3 to 6 months experience in any call center is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Cold calling owner-operators (US market)
Convincing and onboarding trucks
Explaining dispatch services & commission model
Achieving monthly onboarding targets
Maintaining professional follow-ups

Requirements:
Minimum 3 months of sales experience
Strong English communication
Confident
Target-driven mindset

Compensation:
35k–60k fixed (based on experience)
10k commission per truck onboarded
Performance bonus for target achievement
Fast promotion to Team Lead for high performers
High performers can easily earn 80k–120k per month.

On-site – Lahore
US Shift (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM)
