Job Description:
We are currently hiring Sales Executives to join our team. We are looking for highly experienced individuals with deep knowledge of hypermarket entry strategies, sales growth, and market collections in Dubai and Abu Dhabi markets. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in managing sales and collections efficiently, particularly in the hypermarket sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and revenue growth in the hypermarket sector for Dubai and Abu Dhabi markets.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for market entry and expanding presence in key hypermarkets.
• Manage and ensure timely collections from the market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and adapt strategies to meet targets.
• Preferably, experience in Dubai and Abu Dhabi is a priority.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the Dubai and Abu Dhabi hypermarket sector, with a strong understanding of sales and market entry.
• In-depth knowledge of sales growth strategies and effective collections management.
• UAE Driving License is a must.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates with Dubai and Abu Dhabi market experience.

Compensation:

• Salary will be based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
