Sales Executive

About the Role


We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll help clients explore, experience, and choose the perfect vehicle while delivering a seamless buying journey. From in-person meetings to phone consultations, you’ll showcase vehicle features, highlight advantages over competitors, guide customers through paperwork, and ensure satisfaction through our CRM system.


Job Responsibilities


  • Lead the sales process: greet customers, demonstrate vehicles, and highlight key features.
  • Manage vehicle movements and inventory as needed.
  • Assist customers with finance applications and complete all sales documentation.
  • Keep customer records up-to-date in the CRM for smooth follow-ups and retention.
  • Continuously develop your skills through training, coaching, and hands-on experience.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Generate reports and extract insights from CRM data.
  • Identify new leads through referrals, recommendations, and research.
  • Handle custom orders and ensure delivery expectations are met.
  • Collaborate with your team and support junior sales staff when needed.


Required Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (preferred).
  • 0–1 year of sales experience—passion and drive are just as important as experience.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting your team.
  • Strong consultative skills: understand client needs, build trust, and deliver value.
  • Comfortable preparing for and leading client interactions.
  • Skilled at uncovering opportunities and solving challenges.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
