Sales Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our General chemical or Flexo products/services directly to customers. Your goal will be to build strong relationships, identify customer needs, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with potential clients in outdoor and indoor environments, including trade shows, community events, and client visits.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in outdoor markets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align outdoor campaigns with sales initiatives.
• Gather customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Flexo/Gravure/Offset printing sales preferably packaging and printing or related industry is highly desired.
• Sales in general chemical industry is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
