Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong client relationships, handling walk-in customers, and securing event bookings. This role requires both in-store customer engagement and outdoor field sales to corporates, wedding planners, and event organizers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements
• Identify and approach potential clients (corporates, wedding planners, hotels, event venues, etc.)
• Promote bouquets, arrangements, event décor packages, and customized services
• Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries
• Coordinate with the design and operations team for order fulfillment
• Build long-term relationships with corporate and repeat customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales (experience in floral, retail, hospitality, or event industry preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Pleasant personality with customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends, holidays, peak event seasons and double shifts)
• Valid driver’s license
• Male Arabic speaker preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
