Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets to drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Follow up on leads and customer inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant sales role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Good presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
