Technopole Industries is a leading pole manufacturing company headquartered in Ras Al Khaimah. The company specializes in manufacturing high-quality street lighting poles, high masts, solar lighting poles, and related steel structures, serving government, infrastructure, and commercial projects across regional and international markets.

As infrastructure and municipal lighting projects continue to grow, we are looking to strengthen our sales team by hiring a Sales Executive with strong experience in street lighting solutions and project sales.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities in the street lighting and infrastructure sector, building relationships with contractors, consultants, and government authorities, and supporting project-based sales for street lighting systems and poles.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in street lighting systems, LED streetlights, poles, and municipal lighting projects, along with a good understanding of project sales processes.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales related to street lighting, lighting solutions, or infrastructure products.

Prior experience working with street lighting poles, LED streetlights, high masts, or municipal lighting systems is highly preferred.

Proven ability to identify and develop sales opportunities in infrastructure and municipal lighting projects.

Strong capability to build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, government entities, and project developers.

Experience in promoting and selling street lighting poles, high masts, and related lighting infrastructure solutions.

Ability to conduct market research to identify upcoming projects, tenders, and infrastructure opportunities.

Strong understanding of project sales, tender processes, and coordination with contractors and consultants.

Experience in coordinating with internal teams to prepare technical proposals, quotations, and project documentation.

Demonstrated ability to manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement to project closure and follow-up.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Fluent in English (additional languages will be an advantage).

Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.

Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
