You will handle both B2B (SMEs, corporates, resellers) and B2C (walk-in / end-user customers) sales across IT hardware, software, networking products, and services.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new business through cold calling, walk-ins, emails, WhatsApp, referrals, and online leads
- Handle B2B and B2C enquiries, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable IT products and solution
- Prepare and share accurate quotations for IT hardware, software licenses, and services
- Follow up consistently to convert enquiries into confirmed orders
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets in line with company goals
Customer & Partner Management
- Build long-term relationships with end-user companies, SMEs, and reseller partners
- Upsell and cross-sell accessories, warranties, AMC, software licenses, and value-added services
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with procurement, technical, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order execution
- Maintain proper documentation of enquiries, quotations, invoices, and customer records
- Track competitor pricing and market trends and share feedback with management
Digital & Online Sales Support
- Respond to leads from online portals, marketplaces, and social media
- Support basic digital sales activities and product promotions
Mandatory Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in IT hardware / software sales in the UAE or GCC
- Hands-on experience selling laptops, desktops, accessories, networking products, or software
- Comfortable with targets, cold calling, and follow-ups
- Good communication skills in English (Tamil or Malayalam is Plus)
- Presentable, confident, and customer-focused
- Experience in IT retail shops or system integrators
- Knowledge of corporate IT procurement or reseller business
- Basic understanding of margins, pricing, and discount approvals
- Only candidates with IT sales experience in the UAE should apply.
