You will handle both B2B (SMEs, corporates, resellers) and B2C (walk-in / end-user customers) sales across IT hardware, software, networking products, and services.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate new business through cold calling, walk-ins, emails, WhatsApp, referrals, and online leads
  • Handle B2B and B2C enquiries, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable IT products and solution
  • Prepare and share accurate quotations for IT hardware, software licenses, and services
  • Follow up consistently to convert enquiries into confirmed orders
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets in line with company goals

Customer & Partner Management

  • Build long-term relationships with end-user companies, SMEs, and reseller partners
  • Upsell and cross-sell accessories, warranties, AMC, software licenses, and value-added services
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with procurement, technical, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order execution
  • Maintain proper documentation of enquiries, quotations, invoices, and customer records
  • Track competitor pricing and market trends and share feedback with management

Digital & Online Sales Support

  • Respond to leads from online portals, marketplaces, and social media
  • Support basic digital sales activities and product promotions

Mandatory Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience in IT hardware / software sales in the UAE or GCC
  • Hands-on experience selling laptops, desktops, accessories, networking products, or software
  • Comfortable with targets, cold calling, and follow-ups
  • Good communication skills in English (Tamil or Malayalam is Plus)
  • Presentable, confident, and customer-focused
  • Experience in IT retail shops or system integrators
  • Knowledge of corporate IT procurement or reseller business
  • Basic understanding of margins, pricing, and discount approvals
  • Only candidates with IT sales experience in the UAE should apply.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: AED 3,000 per month.
