Job Summary:
ABACA Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Male Sales Executive to drive sales and business development for our accounting, TAX and auditing services. The role involves collaborating with senior management, engaging clients, and promoting our offerings. Strong communication skills and knowledge of financial services sales are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing sales plans tailored to the accounting and auditing sector.
• Collaborate with management to align sales and marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Manage the company’s social media presence and marketing communications.
• Support brand development, presentations, proposals, and internal documents.
• Collect and analyze client feedback to enhance services and client satisfaction.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and prepare performance reports for management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of marketing experience, preferably in professional services or the financial sector is plus. Freshers with the relevant qualifications can also apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of the UAE market and familiarity with local business and cultural practices.
