Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2C Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. You will be responsible for engaging directly with individual consumers, understanding their needs, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Conversion: Manage and convert inbound inquiries from various channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins) into sales.
  • Direct Sales: Conduct product demonstrations and personalized presentations to showcase value and address customer objections.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with a diverse client base to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate, real-time records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven B2C sales experience, preferably within the UAE market.
  • Communication: Fluent in English (Essential); proficiency in Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a significant advantage for the Dubai market.
  • Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, active listening, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure.
  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Negotiation: Strong persuasion and closing skills while maintaining professional ethics.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Mobility: A valid UAE Driving License is highly preferred for field-based B2C roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
