Sales Executive

Luminary Real Estate is looking for a motivated and dynamic Property Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be passionate about real estate, possess strong sales and communication skills, and be capable of guiding clients through the property buying, selling, and leasing process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
  • Generate leads through calls, networking, referrals, and online platforms
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
  • Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets
  • Update CRM and maintain accurate client records
  • Coordinate with the internal team for listings and documentation

Requirements

  • Previous experience in real estate sales/leasing is preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong sales mindset and target-oriented attitude
  • Knowledge of the Dubai property market is an advantage
  • Presentable and professional personality
  • Fluency in English is required
  • UAE driving license is preferred
  • Own visa candidates are welcome to apply
