Job Description:
As a Real Estate Sales Executive at Sardars Mall, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales for our premium residential properties. Your responsibilities will include:

• Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients interested in residential properties within Sardars Mall. Utilize effective sales techniques to showcase the unique features and benefits of our real estate offerings.
• Sales Strategies: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize occupancy for residential units. Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand local real estate trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings. Utilize findings to tailor sales approaches and stay ahead of industry developments.
• Promotional Activities: Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and participate in promotional events, open houses, and property showcases. Contribute to the development of marketing materials and campaigns to enhance property visibility.
• Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely completion of all sales-related documentation, contracts, and agreements. Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record in real estate sales, demonstrating a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market in Rawalpindi.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
