Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential clients through research, networking, cold calling, and digital channels. Build a strong sales pipeline in the IT sector.

2. Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and offering suitable IT solutions.

3. Product & Solution Selling
Present and promote IT products/services (software, hardware, cloud solutions, SaaS, etc.) tailored to client requirements.

4. Requirement Analysis
Gather client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose customized solutions.

5. Sales Presentations & Demos
Conduct professional presentations, product demonstrations, and meetings to showcase value and ROI.

6. Negotiation & Closing Deals
Handle pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and successfully close sales to achieve revenue targets.

7. Market Research
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position offerings effectively.

8. Collaboration with Internal Teams
Work closely with marketing, technical, and support teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.

9. Sales Reporting
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.

10. Post-Sales Support & Account Management
Ensure client satisfaction, manage renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

Key Skills Required:

  • Should be available in Dubai for face ton face interview rounnd
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience is required
  • Should have strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Should have knowledge of IT products and services
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Target-driven mindset

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
