The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential or commercial properties while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing leads.
• Advise clients on property purchases, sales, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and present property features and benefits to potential buyers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
• Negotiate sales agreements and guide clients through the transaction process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with marketing and management teams to promote property listings.
• Ensure all documentation and transactions comply with real estate regulations and company policies.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales, property advisory, or a similar sales role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
• Good knowledge of the real estate market and property investment strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Real estate license or certification (preferred, depending on local regulations).
