About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team in the Power Tools & Hand Tools industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Development: Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within the hand tools and power tools markets.
- Sales Execution: Drive sales growth by promoting and selling our range of power tools and hand tools to new and existing customers, ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build, manage, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Payment Collection: Follow up on outstanding payments, ensure timely collection from customers, and coordinate with the accounts team to resolve payment-related issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the UAE market
- Sales & Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and develop market opportunities.
- Communication: Strong business communication skills. Fluency in English is required.
- License/Car: Must possess a valid driving license and have access to a personal car for travel purposes.
Compensation and benefits:
- Working Schedule: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
