Sales Executive

About the Role:
We are hiring on behalf of our client for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive in the freight forwarding industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting logistics services including sea freight, air freight, and land transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in import/export and logistics
  • Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
  • Promote services including sea freight, air freight, and customs clearance
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing for clients
  • Negotiate rates and close sales deals
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Coordinate with operations team for smooth shipment handling
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales
  • Strong understanding of import/export procedures and shipping terms
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Own transport is a plus
