Overview Drive new business sales and account growth across assigned territories or verticals, achieving revenue targets while building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities via cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients; upsell and cross-sell products or services.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, product and operations to tailor solutions and support client onboarding.
- Attend industry events, trade shows and client meetings as required.
- Maintain CRM records (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare contracts, process orders and coordinate with finance for invoicing and collections.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends; provide feedback to management.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years B2B or B2C sales experience; experience in Qatar/GCC markets preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English.
- Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office.
