Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Real Estate Sales

  • Sell residential and commercial properties from the company’s portfolio.
  • Conduct property tours, provide detailed information, and negotiate offers on behalf of clients.

Client Engagement

  • Interact with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.
  • Provide professional advice and guidance on buying, selling, and investment opportunities.

Lead Generation

  • Generate and follow up on potential leads to expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain a strong professional network to enhance business opportunities.

Market Analysis

  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide clients with accurate and timely market insights.

Client Relationship Management

  • Ensure clients are well-informed about available properties, their features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships based on trust and transparency.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to support their evolving real estate needs.

Presentations and Site Visits

  • Deliver engaging presentations and arrange site visits to help clients visualize their potential investments.

Deal Closure

  • Facilitate timely completion of transactions and ensure all documentation and processes are accurately executed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales (real estate experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • High level of motivation and passion for sales and customer service.
