About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with strong communication and lead generation skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be confident in client handling, LinkedIn outreach, and closing deals in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
• Engage with clients and clearly present company services
• Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Maintain accurate records in CRM
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience (B2B/B2C)
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
• Strong LinkedIn usage with proven lead generation expertise
• Ability to handle clients independently and professionally
• Self-motivated and target-oriented

Preferred

• Experience in B2B Services, Consulting, Staffing, IT, or Construction industry
• Experience dealing with corporate clients
