We are a Dubai-based Cleaning and Maintenance Company seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to grow our client base and secure long-term service contracts across Dubai.
This is a field-based role focused on acquiring both B2B and B2C clients, including villas, residential and commercial buildings, property management companies, and facility management firms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify, approach, and close new business opportunities for:
2. Actively conduct field sales activities, including client visits, site inspections, and in-person meetings
3. Build, manage, and grow a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure
4. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, facility managers, building management companies, and real estate partners
5. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients
6. Lead negotiations and successfully close deals aligned with company targets
7. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
8. Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery post-contract
9. Maintain accurate records of prospects, negotiations, and closed deals
Requirements
1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development or sales
2. Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or facilities management companies is strongly preferred
3. Proven experience in closing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
4. Existing contacts with building management companies, facility managers, real estate firms, or villa owners will be a strong advantage
5. Strong spoken English is mandatory
6. Arabic language skills are a strong plus
7. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory. Applicants without a valid UAE driving license will be rejected immediately
8. Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
9. Ability to work independently and manage the entire sales cycle
10. Strong relationship-building skills with a professional, confident personality
11. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a field-based sales environment
Sales Scope
1. Selling to B2B clients (building management companies, real estate firms, facility managers, offices, commercial properties)
2. Selling to B2C clients (villa owners, individual property owners, residential customers)

Ideal Candidate Profile (Preferred)
1. Strong understanding of Dubai’s villa and building maintenance market
2. Experience in outdoor / field sales
3. Existing professional network within the property and facilities ecosystem
4. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
