Job Description:
We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships for Swvl’s enterprise and government transportation services. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging key stakeholders, and delivering customized mobility solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients including corporations, government entities, and educational institutions
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Understand client needs and propose tailored mobility solutions
- Present Swvl’s services effectively and negotiate deals
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, marketing) for seamless service delivery
- Track sales performance, maintain pipeline reports, and provide market insights
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or consulting
- Experience in mobility, technology, or SaaS is preferred
- Strong understanding of enterprise and/or government sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
