Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with experience in US Construction Estimating Services. If you have a strong background in B2B sales, call center operations, cold calling, and outbound sales, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a dynamic team and earn performance-based rewards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling & outbound sales to US-based clients
• Promote construction estimating services and generate qualified leads
• Build and maintain long-term B2B client relationships
• Manage sales pipelines and client data using CRM tools
• Identify new business opportunities and consistently meet sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high client satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales / call center / outbound calling (preferably US market)
• Experience in construction estimating services is highly preferred
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Ability to work night shifts (US timings)
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and energetic
