Role Summary

We are looking for a "Sharp as a Tack" Appointment Setter to join our high-growth sales team. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact, responsible for navigating gatekeepers, building immediate rapport with decision-makers, and booking qualified discovery calls for our Lead Strategists.

Key Responsibilities-

High-Volume Outreach: Conduct targeted outbound calls.- Qualified Booking: Transition interested prospects into firm appointments on the Lead Strategist's calendar (via Live Transfers or Scheduled Calls).- CRM Management: Maintain 100% accurate records of every interaction to ensure seamless hand-offs.- Status Maintenance: Maintain an "Alpha" presence on the phone, sounding like an expert peer rather than a telemarketer.

Requirements-

Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.- Good communication and analytical skills.- Fluency in English.- Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot.

Shift : Night 8pm till 5am (Monday till Friday) free pick and drop

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
