Role Overview
We are seeking high-energy Sales Executives to support business growth and contribute to revenue targets. The role requires a proactive, consultative sales approach focused on building strong client relationships and driving new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and social selling
Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and handover to account management
Revenue Contribution: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in alignment with company goals
Product Demonstrations: Deliver tailored product presentations based on client needs and pain points
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth
Required Skills & Competencies
3+ years of experience in B2B or B2C sales
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to generate and convert leads effectively
Proactive, data-driven, and customer-focused mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Consultative selling approach
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience in SaaS, technology, or solution-based sales is a plus
