Sales Executive

Job Summary:
The Sales & Events Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, developing corporate and event opportunities, and managing the execution of catering and on-ground events. The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and ensuring successful delivery of events aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach new corporate clients, event organizers, and potential business partners.
• Promote F&B products, catering services, and event packages.
• Achieve monthly and seasonal sales targets set by management.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads and inquiries.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.

Events Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute on-ground events, catering orders, and activations.
• Liaise with operations, kitchen, and logistics teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Manage event setup, branding, and service execution on-site.
• Ensure all event requirements (equipment, staff, inventory) are prepared in advance.
• Handle last-minute changes and troubleshoot issues during events.
• Conduct post-event reporting and feedback collection.

General Responsibilities:

• Ensure excellent customer experience during all events and sales interactions.
• Maintain updated records of clients, leads, and event schedules.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, catering, or events (F&B experience preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage pressure in fast-paced environments.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and during events.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in corporate sales or event management.
• Strong networking and client relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of F&B catering operations.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per day
