Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive (Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics)

Location: Dubai, Clinica Sabah Specialty Hospital.

Role Summary: We are seeking a high-performing, Target-Oriented Sales Executive specialized in plastic surgeries and aesthetic procedures. In this role, your primary focus will be driving revenue growth by converting leads and consultations into booked surgeries. You will manage the entire sales pipeline, combine deep clinical knowledge of plastic surgery with elite closing skills, and ensure all processes align with DHA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for surgical operations (e.g., Rhinoplasty, Liposuction, Body Contouring) and high-end aesthetic procedures.
• Consultation & Conversion: Meet with prospective patients post-consultation to present surgical packages, handle objections, negotiate pricing/payment plans, and close the sale.
• Pipeline Management: Proactively follow up on patient inquiries, warm leads from marketing campaigns, and walk-ins to maximize conversion rates.
• DHA Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all pricing, patient documentation, and surgical bookings strictly adhere to Dubai Health Authority (DHA) guidelines.
• Patient Relationship Management: Maintain a premium luxury service standard, building long-term trust with patients from the initial sales pitch through to post-operative care.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience specifically within Plastic Surgery clinics or Aesthetic hospitals in the UAE.
• Track Record: Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets (Target-Oriented).
• Expert Knowledge: High-level, deep understanding of plastic surgeries, recovery timelines, and aesthetic trends in the Dubai market.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and closing skills in both Arabic and English.
• Regulatory Familiarity: Solid understanding of DHA processes regarding surgical patients and consents.
