Sales Executive

Purpose of the Role

To generate hotel revenue by promoting rooms, banquet facilities, conferences, events, Restaurant and other hotel services to corporate clients, travel agents, and individual customers.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities for the hotel.

· Visit corporate offices, travel agencies, and potential clients to promote hotel services.

· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

· Prepare and submit sales proposals, contracts, and quotations.

· Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.

· Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, Banquet, and F&B departments to meet client requirements.

· Conduct market research and monitor competitors' activities.

· Follow up on inquiries, leads, and customer feedback.

· Organize and participate in sales calls, exhibitions, and promotional events.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

· 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the hotel industry.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Good knowledge of hotel operations and sales techniques.

· Proficiency in MS Office and hotel reservation systems.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Revenue generation

· Number of new accounts acquired.

· Room nights and banquet sales achieved.

· Client retention and repeat business.

· Achievement of monthly sales targets.

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
