We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team at Infocentric Private Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong corporate relationships, and closing deals to drive revenue growth for our IT solutions and services. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills, a strong technical aptitude, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Actively seek out new B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and market research.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their business needs and presenting tailored Infocentric solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and deliver persuasive sales presentations to technical stakeholders and corporate decision-makers.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with IT industry trends, tech advancements, and competitor activity to identify new avenues for growth.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline data, and customer interactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Executive, Account Executive, or a similar corporate B2B sales role experience in IT sales.
  • Track Record: Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing long sales cycles.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with tech solutions and hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Attributes: Highly motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per hour
