Sales Executive

Position: Sales Executive / Business Development Representative

Location: Rawalpindi / Islamabad

Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Salary: PKR 55,000 – 60,000 + Commission

Note: Only candidates from Rawalpindi and Islamabad will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate B2B sales operations and client dealings
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the logistics industry
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups
• Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams for smooth workflow
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports
• Maintain proper documentation and records to ensure operational accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience in the logistics or transportation industry will be preferred
• Fluency in English and Urdu
