Qatar Master WLL is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in the manpower supply in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have strong connections within the construction, oil & gas, MEP, facility management, and industrial sectors and be capable of generating new business opportunities and securing manpower supply contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for manpower supply services.
- Generate leads and secure contracts with companies across various sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Prepare and submit commercial proposals and quotations.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to fulfill client requirements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in manpower supply, recruitment, or staffing services in Qatar.
- Proven track record of bringing manpower contracts and generating business.
- Strong network within construction, oil & gas, MEP, infrastructure, hospitality, or facility management sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid Qatar Driving License.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
