Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive with prior experience in recruitment agencies, staffing firms, or HR consultancy services. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in client outreach, lead generation, and converting prospects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking activities
• Promote recruitment and staffing services to companies across various industries
• Generate leads and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand and fulfill client hiring requirements
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sales Executive in a recruitment firm or staffing consultancy
• Strong background in lead generation, cold calling, and business outreach
• Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in client handling
• Knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes is preferred
