Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by actively prospecting, pitching, and selling our comprehensive production services to businesses. You will play a key role in expanding our client base across the events, hospitality, retail, and corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target new business opportunities, focusing on clients who require event booths, office/restaurant fit-outs, and architectural upgrades.
  • Service Pitching: Effectively present and sell Venttat’s core services, including:
  • Custom Wood Works (Event booths, office and restaurant decorations).
  • Indoor & Outdoor Iron Works.
  • Cladding Solutions (Indoor and outdoor).
  • Acrylic Signs (Illuminated and non-illuminated).
  • Client Management: Build, cultivate, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, contractors, and event organizers.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand their specific project requirements and provide expert recommendations.
  • Proposal Management: Collaborate closely with the design, engineering, and production teams to prepare accurate cost estimates, technical proposals, and quotations.
  • Deal Closing: Negotiate contracts, close sales agreements, and consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Market Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or Business Development Manager, specifically in interior fit-outs, event production, signage, or construction/architectural services.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is highly preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse client base in Riyadh.
  • Ability to understand basic project scopes, floor plans, or technical requirements.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid Saudi driver’s license and a car.
