Kalandoor Contracting Company is a Riyadh-based fit-out contracting company delivering high-quality interior fit-out projects across the Kingdom. As we grow in the Saudi market, we are looking for a driven sales professional to help win the next wave of work.
The Mandate
This is a pure sales role for a hunter. As Sales Executive, you will be out in the market every day - generating leads, building relationships, and closing fit-out projects across the Kingdom. You will bemeasured on one thing above all: results.
If you know how to open a door, work a pipeline, and bring a deal home, and you treat every target as a line you intend to beat - this role is built for you.
What You'll Own
- Carry and deliver your own sales target - consistently and without excuses.
- Prospect, pitch, and win fit-out and contracting projects across Saudi Arabia.
- Generate new leads and convert them into clients through active, on-the-ground business development.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline, from first contact through to signed contract.
- Develop strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and end clients.
- Negotiate pricing and terms in line with commercial targets, with support from the Sales Manager.
- Keep accurate records, forecasts, and pipeline updates, and feed back market intelligence.
- Represent Kalandoor professionally at site visits, client meetings, and industry events.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of sales experience, with a proven, hard-numbers track record - ideally in fit-out, interiors, or contracting.
- A strong sales background and the instincts of a natural closer.
- Fluency in Arabic, with the relationships and credibility to operate effectively in the Saudi market.
- An active network across the KSA construction and fit-out market is a strong advantage.
- Valid driving license (mandatory).
- Age below 40, with the energy and hunger to chase and close.
- A self-starter who takes full ownership of the number and thrives under target pressure.
