Job Overview:

We are seeking a driven and energetic Sales Executive to join our team. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and contributing to revenue growth through effective sales strategies and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, calls, emails, and client meetings
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present suitable products/services
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets on a monthly and annual basis
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports for management review
  • Provide timely support to clients, including follow-ups and post-sale assistance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused approach

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Experience working with CRM tools
  • Familiarity with online sales channels or digital marketing concepts
