Sales Executive

Job Type: Full-Time
Work Arrangement: Hybrid ( 2 days remote, 3 days onsite)
Location: Soan Gardens, Islamabad
Salary: PKR 60,000 per month + Attractive Commission Structure

Commission

Successful hire will receive 50% of the first invoice value for every client successfully acquired and onboarded.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in lead generation, cold calling, business development, and client acquisition within the UK market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, generating qualified leads, conducting outreach campaigns, booking meetings, and closing new business opportunities. The role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in cold calling, and expertise in modern sales prospecting tools.

Services You Will Be Selling:

You will be responsible for generating business opportunities for the following services:

  • HR & Staffing Services
  • IT Recruitment & Technical Staffing Solutions
  • Taxi Dispatch & Call Handling Services
  • Legal Support Services
  • Bookkeeping & Accounting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients across the UK market.
  • Generate qualified leads through Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, online research, and other prospecting tools.
  • Build prospect databases from scratch through data research and lead sourcing.
  • Conduct high-volume cold calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
  • Reach out to prospects through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
  • Schedule meetings and sales presentations with decision-makers.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  • Understand client requirements and present tailored service solutions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close new business deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B and/or B2C sales.
  • Strong experience using Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, business development, and client acquisition.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong cold calling, objection handling, and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience building prospect lists and sourcing leads from scratch.
  • Ability to identify and engage decision-makers, including business owners, directors, and C-level executives.
  • Highly confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales performance.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
