* Lead Generation & Outbound Calling: Execute high-volume cold and warm outbound calling campaigns to identify new business and consumer opportunities.
* Consultative Selling: Conduct deep needs-analyses with prospects to pitch tailored product solutions, data plans, and enterprise packages.
* Objection Handling & Closing:
* Overcome customer hesitation regarding pricing, contract terms, or competitor alternatives to consistently meet daily and weekly sales quotas.
* Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain an organized pipeline by accurately logging all call attempts, conversation notes, and scheduled callbacks into the CRM.
* Compliance & KYC Verification: Securely gather required customer documentation and strictly adhere to identity verification protocols to ensure flawless account processing.
* Target Achievement: Meet and exceed established team KPIs, including daily talk time, total dials, data quality standards, and conversion rates

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Tele Sales Agent, Outbound Call Center Representative, or similar sales role (experience in the UAE telecom sector or with Du/Etisalat products is a major plus).
* Strong verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive negotiation skills.
* Ability to handle customer objections professionally and maintain high energy throughout your shift.
* Punctual, disciplined, and thrives in a competitive, high-energy floor environment.
