Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and motivated Sales Executives for our Ready Mix Concrete Factory in Qatar. The ideal candidates must have experience in the ready-mix concrete industry, strong customer relationship skills, and a proven track record in sales within the Qatar market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and construction companies.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
• Promote and sell ready-mix concrete products to customers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in a Ready Mix Concrete company in Qatar.
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar construction and ready-mix market.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
• Transferable visa with NOC required.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
