Sales Executive

Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented Sales Executive to manage trade sales and project-based clients in the building materials industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong market relationships and driving sales through both dealer networks and project channels.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular outdoor market visits to:
Dealers & shopkeepers
Contractors & builders
Architects & consultants
Fabricators and project sites
Develop and manage trade sales network (dealers, retailers, distributors)
Generate and follow up on project leads (residential & commercial)
Build strong relationships with architects, contractors, and developers
Prepare quotations and follow up for order confirmations
Coordinate with production & operations teams for timely execution
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing
Submit daily/weekly field visit reports
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
2–5 years of experience in:
Trade sales
Project sales
(Building materials / construction / uPVC / aluminium / hardware preferred)
Age: 25 – 35 years
Male candidates only
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Must be confident in field sales and outdoor visits
Own motorbike preferred
Target-driven and self-motivated
