Sales Executive

We are looking for a high-energy, customer-focused Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and build lasting client relationships. This role blends traditional relationship-building with modern sales strategies, requiring someone who is proactive, persuasive, and performance-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & Management:
• Identify and engage prospective clients through cold calls, networking, and referrals. Build trust and long-term business relationships.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track and report on pipeline development and sales metrics.
• Product/Service Pitching: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Use insights to inform sales strategies. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using the company CRM system. Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory with strong experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in a direct sales role
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms
• High emotional intelligence and customer-centric mindset
