Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of UAE outdoor sales experience, preferably within the flooring, interior fit-out, construction materials, or related industries. The role requires strong business development skills, the ability to build relationships with contractors, consultants, interior designers, and project owners, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE market.
• Generate leads through outdoor sales activities, networking, site visits, and client meetings.
• Promote flooring products and interior solutions to contractors, consultants, architects, interior designers, and end clients.
• Prepare and present product proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Follow up on inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close sales opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project opportunities.
• Coordinate with the operations and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 4–5 years of UAE outdoor sales experience.
• Preferably from the flooring, interior fit-out, building materials, furniture, or related industry.
• Strong network within the UAE construction and interior design sector is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record in business development and sales target achievement.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
