Promote and sell residential units in the project to prospective buyers
Conduct property tours and explain features, unit options, and pricing to clients.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and real estate brokers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client communications in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns and promotions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide feedback from clients to improve offerings and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in real estate sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Motivated, organized, and result-oriented personality.
