  • Prefer salespersons (male) or arab nationality (female )

Promote and sell residential units in the project to prospective buyers
Conduct property tours and explain features, unit options, and pricing to clients.

  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and real estate brokers.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client communications in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns and promotions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback from clients to improve offerings and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in real estate sales or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Motivated, organized, and result-oriented personality.
