Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients through calling, networking, referrals, and online channels.
• Build, develop, and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for the firm’s accounting and advisory services.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects to assess their accounting needs and present appropriate solutions.
• Communicate the firm’s service offerings (e.g., tax, audit, bookkeeping) clearly and persuasively to clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to prospects.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring client satisfaction and a smooth onboarding process.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients and foster new business opportunities.
• Keep abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitors.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Report on sales activity and performance indicators.
• Provide feedback on client preferences and market demands to management for service optimization.
