About the Role

Fusion Ave Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in Accounting & Taxation services for the US market. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, prepare winning proposals, and build strong client relationships across online freelance platforms and direct sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and bid on projects through Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms
• Generate leads and develop new business opportunities within the US market
• Manage client communication and ensure smooth project coordination
• Collaborate with the accounting and taxation team for pricing, proposals, and service delivery
• Prepare and submit customized proposals based on client requirements
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Consistently achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Track sales activities and maintain accurate records using CRM tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, bidding, or account management
• Experience selling Accounting & Taxation services for US-based clients is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach to sales
