Role Description
The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Karāchi. The role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, presenting SmartHCM solutions to potential clients, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide insights into market needs and trends.
Qualifications
Proven sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales forecasting
Knowledge in HR and Payroll solutions or related fields
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work in a results-driven environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Prior experience in the software or HR technology industry is a plus.
