Sales Executive (Remote) – Client Acquisition

QD Pakistan is a results-driven digital marketing agency specializing in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Management, Website Development, Branding, and Lead Generation. We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive who can identify, approach, and convert businesses into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads through referrals, networking, cold outreach, and other channels.

Schedule and conduct discovery calls with potential clients.

Present QD Pakistan's services and value proposition.

Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.

Follow up consistently with leads and nurture relationships.

Coordinate with the management team for proposals and onboarding.

Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.

Provide weekly updates on lead generation and sales activities.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (agency experience preferred).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Familiarity with digital marketing services is a plus.

Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented.

Access to a laptop and stable internet connection.

Compensation:

Base Salary: PKR 30,000 per month

Commission: 10%–15% of the first month's retainer for every client closed.

Additional performance bonuses for achieving monthly targets.

Fully remote position.

Flexible working hours.

Mandatory team meetings once or twice per week.

Performance measured primarily on qualified meetings, proposals sent, and clients closed.
