Job description:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth in our waterproofing product segment. The role involves developing new customers, managing existing accounts, and promoting technical solutions to contractors, consultants, and distributors.
This position requires a strong combination of sales ability and technical understanding of construction chemicals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers (contractors, applicators, distributors, developers)
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships
- Promote product solutions for waterproofing applications (roofing, basements, wet areas, etc.)
- Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions
- Work closely with the technical team on product trials and application support
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Support project specifications and approvals with consultants and clients
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of relevant sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of construction chemicals and waterproofing systems
- UAE market experience is a must
- Must possess a valid UAE Driving License
