Sales Executive (Al Ayn) HoReCa

Al `Ayn, United Arab Emirates

MHP Food Trading is looking for a motivated Sales Executive with experience in the UAE (Al-Ayn) food service industry to drive business growth by acquiring and managing clients such as restaurants, hotels, catering companies, cafés, and institutional buyers (schools, hospitals, etc.) with focus in Al-Ayn Emirate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, annual sales targets for food service products in Al-Ayn.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, procurement managers, and distributors.
  • Stay updated on UAE food trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, tastings, and negotiations with potential clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and onboard new clients in the Al-Ayn market.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, track performance, and provide market feedback to management.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years in B2B food sales, preferably in UAE’s HORECA sector.
  • Familiarity with UAE food service distribution channels and key players.
  • Strong ability to persuade and close deals.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
  • Fluent in English, other languages are plus.
