Sales Executive – Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and company-provided data
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Fluent in English (Arabic/Russian/Chinese speakers are a plus)
